Media Days That Fuel the Entire Season
Holdrege’s Media Day is more than photos—it’s a production kickoff. Each season, James Reed, the school’s Tech Integrationist, organizes a full day to capture headshots, hype videos, sportsmanship clips, and sound bites. Those assets fuel everything from pre-game intros to leaderboard visuals and social media posts.
“Media Day is critical—a lot of the season’s work gets done that day,” said Dylan. “It’s a lot of effort, but it pays off every game.”
That preparation allows ScoreVision’s software to shine. Once assets are uploaded, game-day graphics, videos, and sponsor content are ready to deploy instantly through the Producer app—with just a few taps.
Empowering Students Through Technology
ScoreVision has become a learning platform as much as a scoring solution. James runs simulation games, where students shadow live productions and get hands-on experience with real event workflows. It’s created excitement—and potential career sparks—for tech-savvy students.
“You’ll see kids watching behind the scenes and learning,” Dylan said. “It’s amazing how quickly they pick it up.”
From pre-game videos to live crowd features, students are driving creativity and school spirit—proving that media production belongs in every athletic program.

Ease of Use That Redefines Game Day
Both Dylan and James emphasized one thing: simplicity.
“If I can pick it up on game day, anyone can,” Dylan laughed.
With cloud access, intuitive apps, and preloaded game templates, ScoreVision’s system allows even a one-person crew to run an entire event.
James agrees:
“If you’re prepared, it’s easy—build playlists for pre-game, breaks, timeouts, and halftime. Then play them on demand. ScoreVision makes it all flow.”
And when support is needed?
“One call away, quick fixes, visual help. The support’s fantastic,” Dylan added.

Building the Foundation: Sponsorships and Setup
Activities Director Dylan Sullivan says the biggest lift came at the beginning.
“The legwork’s done up front. We went out to our community and brought in local businesses, and now you see them every day on our screens—from the second you walk in the door to every timeout.”
That front-loaded sponsorship effort paid off quickly. The ScoreVision system became self-sustaining—funded entirely through community partnerships—and continues to benefit students, fans, and advertisers alike.
From Local Games to District Finals
When Holdrege hosted a district final, the visiting teams immediately noticed the difference. Seeing their own players’ photos, names, and highlights displayed made a lasting impression.
“We got so many comments from their parents,” Dylan said. “It created instant fans of ScoreVision that night.”
More Than a Scoreboard
For Holdrege, ScoreVision isn’t just a scoreboard—it’s a platform for engagement, education, and community connection. From local sponsors to student producers, every part of their program benefits from software that makes creativity simple.
“ScoreVision is the only way to go. Hands down.” – James Reed, Tech Integrationist
