Could ScoreVision integrate with an existing scoreboard?

Will ScoreVision work with new and existing shot clocks or play clocks?

Does ScoreVision work with our scorer's table?

The ScoreVision software pairs with any LED-enabled scorer’s table. ScoreVision strives to equip schools and facilities with the software and tools they need to enhance the fan experience at their games and events. Showcasing hype content and sponsor messaging on LED scorer's tables has become increasingly popular for schools and facilities

What happens if we lose our internet connection?

You can still keep score! In the event of a lost internet connection, rest assured that you can still keep score seamlessly with ScoreVision's offline game mode. While you may not have access to new media content loaded after the connection is lost, any media that was pre-downloaded or loaded before the loss of connection will remain readily accessible. This feature ensures that your game-day operations can continue smoothly, allowing you to focus on delivering an engaging experience for your fans and audience. With ScoreVision, you can count on uninterrupted functionality and reliability, even in challenging connectivity situations. 

How do I get graphics and hype videos for my school?

ScoreVision offers a creative package known as "Starter Packs" to all customers, providing a foundation for creating visually stunning graphics and animations. In addition to this, users gain exclusive access to ScoreVision's extensive media library, which includes a wide range of sport-specific animations referred to as "QUIX".  Additionally, ScoreVision offers training materials and educational resources, ensuring that users have the knowledge and tools necessary to bring their creative visions to life. 

Can Fan App be used for away games?

ScoreVision Fan App can display live scores for away games. When enabled in your ScoreVision Cloud account, an authorized user can record the game's score in the SV Scorekeeper App. Live score updates will be visible within the SV Fan App, allowing fans to stay engaged and informed even when they're not physically present at the game. This feature enhances the overall fan experience and keeps supporters connected to the action, no matter where they are watching from. With ScoreVision, the excitement of the game can be shared and enjoyed by fans near and far, creating a sense of unity and community among supporters.

Can we use cameras with ScoreVision software? 

ScoreVision's streaming solution is not only flexible but also incredibly versatile, seamlessly adapting to match your team's unique camera setup and input requirements. What features are included in the annual subscription?

With ScoreVision, users pay an annual subscription that includes comprehensive support for every game, unlimited training, and storage on the ScoreVision Cloud. You'll also have access to our control software which consists of the ScoreVision Apps. This subscription package not only ensures that you have all the necessary tools and resources at your disposal for a seamless game-day experience but also guarantees ongoing assistance and guidance from our dedicated support team.
